AMB Furniture Trading operates the furniture website at https://ambfurnituretrading.com/ and the AMB Furniture Trading Facebook Page. This notice explains the website request and Messenger connection.
Information used
When you submit a website request, AMB receives the contact person’s name, contact number, delivery address, optional notes, selected furniture, quantities, product options and product links. Product photos come from AMB’s catalog. When you connect the request to Messenger, the system also uses your Page-scoped Messenger identifier to place the request in the correct conversation.
How the connection works
Choosing “Save request & continue in Messenger” saves the request privately on AMB’s website. Opening its Messenger link connects the request to the AMB Page conversation. Product details, photos and the contact information you provided are then sent through Meta Messenger. New conversations may require you to select Get Started.
A request is not a confirmed purchase or payment. AMB uses the information to discuss availability, quotations, delivery and order arrangements. The website displays a delivery status; opening Messenger alone does not establish successful delivery.
The connection link contains a random reference rather than your contact details. The link expires after 30 minutes and should not be shared with anyone else. Website requests are accessible to authorized website administrators and remain in AMB’s request records until AMB removes them. The expiry of a connection link does not delete the underlying request. Meta retains Messenger conversations under its own policies.
Providers and access
AMB’s website hosting processes and stores website requests. The connection credentials and saved request details are encrypted using keys associated with this WordPress installation. Authorized website administrators can view requests. Meta processes messages and attachments delivered through Facebook Messenger. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Other AMB chatbot conversations can be handled by the existing AMB automated assistant and its configured service providers. This website-order connection does not use a language model to interpret or change your selected items, quantities or contact details.
The website uses a shopping-session cookie to associate a request and its delivery status with your browser, and short-lived request limits to reduce abuse. Contact details are not placed in the Messenger link or intentionally stored in browser local storage by this request feature.
Contact and deletion requests
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information held by AMB, email info.ambfurnituretrading@gmail.com or contact 0999 513 2681. Include the request reference if available. AMB will need to verify that the request belongs to you before disclosing or changing it. Deleting a website request does not automatically delete messages already sent through Meta Messenger; contact AMB for assistance with those messages.
